On this side is pointed out that ocular migraines are harmless. Sometimes I have flashes of it, and went into my eyes, only to discover that my eyes are healthy and well. This could simply stress or anxiety ... or if your eyes are tired or stressed.
Migraines do not cause cancer or lead to the extent that the research tells us.
